Income
Vendor subscriptions come from the subs dashboard as Mike ticks them paid. Anything else Culture Cave is paid can be added by hand.
Bills
Tap Counted / Left out on a line to keep a bill out of Culture Cave's books. Your choice sticks across syncs. Hostinger lines are worked out from the subscription dates (price plus VAT); the PDFs are in hPanel under Billing. Mike's payments to Kieran for web management arrive from Dodo Payments; the Revolut hosting and management invoices are not emailed anywhere, so add those by hand (Add by hand, category web management).
Receipts I could not read
Emails that look like receipts but had no total I could find. Add them by hand if they matter.

Five wrong PINs lock the login for 15 minutes, doubling each time. Every wrong PIN and every lockout is logged here and emailed to the alert address.
